LH surge I'm so confused

I'm so confused I've had quite a long LH surge so when did I actually ovulate?

I missed OPK,s for CD16/CD17 so I could of started my LH surge then way before CD18 but I will never know.

Does a long lh surge mean I won't have ovulated on the expected 24 hour later mark..

I havnt done the deed after CD19 other half has been unwell.

I usually get my positive CD13/CD14 and it's gone negative by CD15/CD16, so this is unusual for my cycle anyway.

Hi Op I am in the exact same position as you and just posted pretty much the same query. I don’t usually have a long surge but I am on cycle day 18 and on day 3 of high peak. No idea when ovulation is going to happen. We DTD the day before yesterday and yesterday, will probably give it a go tonight and maybe tomorrow. Fingers crossed we both catch an egg. X

With lh surge you can have one means your body gearing up to ovulate but not ovulate so then you get another surge, next month try bbt along with the opks and you will c wherw in your cycle you have ovulated.
