Positive then negative

posting for a friend

She's had a positive test.... bought some others and they have come back as negative.

Period isn't due until the 19th/20th so could have ovulated a lot earlier as wasn't tracking.

Any ideas??

If early different tests have different strengths. I had a positive and then did a clear blue which said not pregnant and two days later came back pregnant!
