I hate myself for even posting this as I'm nearly 3 years in to TTC and thought I'd given up on symptom spotting! I had tiny, pin prick sized red spots of blood when I wiped yesterday and possibly some really faint pink later in the day too, but so faint I wouldn't have noticed had I not been looking closely after the red blood. I don't track ovulation as I have really irregular periods - but I always have a day or two of ewcm and AF appears 12-14 days after usually.

Soo I'm now 16 days past ewcm, no symptoms of AF (no sore boobs or cramps at all and my emotions have been pretty steady) and no more spotting today.

I'm hesitant to test as I've seen too many BFNs in the last few years. We've actually been referred for IVF, starting in the new year so I'm resigned to not naturally conceiving - why would life throw me for a loop with spotting just when I'd got my head around it not happening?!?!

My question is, to test or not to test? and can tiny spots of bright red blood at 15dpo-ish be implantation bleeding? I've a habit of testing and then AF arriving later that day SadSadSad

I didn't get my BFP until 15 DPO and I experienced implantation spotting which sounded just like that, I thought it was AF showing as it was the same time as when my period would be due however mine stopped all of a sudden so I took a test!

Good luck to you and so sorry you have been waiting for so long 💕

@Pugmumm thank you for sharing, it's given me a bit of hope Smile

I don't have any tests other than clear blue week indicators so I'll give it 2 more days to see if AF arrives

You are so welcome, good luck. I kept myself busy and tested when I was a day late (difficult to do but it's worth it to save yourself going mad) xx
