Hi all,
Looking for some help before I trouble the doctors. I’ve had really bad cramps for a week, due on today but no show and a negative pregnancy test. The cramps are bad and are alongside back pain around my hips and it’s never been this bad.
I’ve had no spotting, discharge or anything. I just don’t get it. Maybe it’s implantation but would it last this long?
My temperature is up at 37.3-37.5 so worrying it’s maybe a uti but af hasn’t appeared either.
Any help would be appreciated
Holly

A few questions:
Do you know when you ovulated, as in, do you track your ovulation?
Are you normally regular?
Did you do anything differntly this month, new vitamins, covid jab, anything like that?
