I'm 37 no kids yet, trying for a baby. I had the nexplanon in for 7 years until last March. I had continuous spotting throughout with regular periods inbetween.
So I bled for 10 days in April, then 3 weeks after for 2 days, then for 1 day 2 weeks after that and 2 days 2 weeks after that.
I haven't bled since. My GP has said its my body regulating after having the implant in for so long, that it's a bleed not a period and cannot tell me how long it will take. Why don't they tell you these things prior??
I'm getting older and can't help stressing. Has anyone been through the same and is there anything I can do to help with my menstrual cycle?

Nervously worrying

Hi @Wannabemummy21 sorry to hear this!

I think everyone's body of different, I had my nexaplanon out in the December and fell pregnant in the February. I had it in for 6 years before having it removed.

Unfortunately, I think it's just a waiting game, wish you the best of luck and hope you don't get kept waiting.
