@Decaffe that is such rotten timing. Do you mind me asking how long you have been TTC? If you prefer not to answer, I totally understand. It is so hard when you get a curve ball thrown at you, and your body just doesn't want to cooperate. The timing for next month is frustrating, hopefully your body does a little weirdness that gives you a chance still. If not, at least there are other options opening up to you, and i'm guessing it doesn't go straight to IVF, so it might be easier with progesterone fixes etc.

Story to lighten the mood, this month I was very emotional when I thought I was ovulating (I wasn't)... and we had a winter vomiting bug, my DD stole my husband's puke bucket, ran away, he tried to follow, fainted, knocked his head on the floor and barfed at the same time. When I got the fake positive ovulation test an hour later I was like ok so can we DTD? My real positive wasn't until almost a week later, and he did not really want to DTD with me for reasons I can't fathom lol. I was deservedly so, given a real talking to. This entire process turns us into actual crazy people sometimes.

@Squiff70 thanks for sharing, I absolutely do want the booster and asap, I just wish it had fallen on an af week so I was 100% sure I wasn't risking anything if you know what I mean! I can't see any evidence that it would be detrimental to conception to get it so going to go ahead as too many people I know are suffering with covid right now!
Will do a frer in the morning just to check but fully expect another bfn anyway! 😢

@jazmine38 I've had back ache and cramps for almost 5 days now with last night being the most painful with stabbing pains in my groin. I felt nauseated because of a smell in the supermarket last week but only once so not reading too much into it. My moods have been a little all over the place and partner thinks I'm a little sensitive at the moment 😂 - all possible pregnancy or AF symptoms 😩

The only thing that's jumping out to me shouting possibly pregnancy.. When I was pregnant with my son I noticed little white bumps over my nipples that went away after I had him but they have come back this cycle 🤔 don't want to get my hopes up though - once burned twice shy I guess.

@AmberRH1993 when do you plan to test? How many days DPO are you? That sounds very promising, but I absolutely hate that progesterone has the same side effects as pregnancy at the start. I'm only 4 dpo today but have a ton of back cramps, stomach cramps, i'm freezing cold, and weirdly have heartburn/constipated/gassy feelings. I realise that I am only 4dpo though so it is literally impossible for these to be pregnancy related. Damn you hormones/symptom spotting!

@madeleine85 I am cd20 tomorrow cd21 and I think 12 dpo but had loads of EWCM on Sunday just gone so who knows at this stage 😂 AF is supposed to be due on 21st but that might not be accurate due to coming off the pill. I have taken so many little strips up until now and all bfn so maybe grab a frer tomorrow and hold off until Saturday morning 🤞

@AmberRH1993 good luck, that sounds really promising (not to jinx it). Last month I started getting a lot of ECWM right before my AF, but it didn't disappear. Let us know how you get on! WIth so long to go, i'm living vicariously at the moment :)

I haven’t been around on this thread (though have checked in a few times) as found last month really hard and wanted to give myself a bit of space from TTC. But hopefully some of you will remember me from previous threads.

I need your help please. I got this this morning. Cd30 so guess about 16dpo. I didn’t think it was possible this month with dtd timings. Am I going insane? It’s real right? Could it be a dreaded evap??

It's real alright - girl, you're pregnant for sure! That's a super second line and no way an evap that dark or clear.

I think I might go order about 100 more frers and obsessively do one every time I pee just to be sure!

@Digby86 once you see a bfp you know all those times squinting at tests is no where near the same.. With DS my positive line came up before the test line and I thought it was a faulty test 😂

Thank you for the lovely welcome! In answer to the question about holding out to test, I thought I was doing great but noticed spotting on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. This freaked me out and made me start testing. I think in retrospect the spotting is from coughing and straining as I currently have a cold. Had an extremely faint FRER last night after about two hour hold. But only when it had dried a bit so I'm not calling that a positive - most likely indentation. Have promised DH I won't keep pissing on £5 notes and will wait until Saturday morning now to do the other FRER in the pack

Ladies.. Is it possible for a opk to detect early pregnancy? I grabbed a cheap test strip from the draw without checking it and it came back like this... Only to check after and seeing the LH 😂 I don't have any other pregnancy tests in the house but wondered if anyone had heard of opks detecting early pregnancy?

@amberRH1993 they can do yes but OPKs will detect LH which is present in our urine most of the time. You need a proper pregnancy test otherwise you're going to drive yourself mad! Good luck!

@AmberRH1993 100% FRER. Don't waste your money on Clear Blue - so so so many people are getting bad evaps and they really look like positives at times.

Cd21 and its a BFN this time 😞 It isn't over until AF shows on 22nd - still 6 days to go so maybe too early but I don't think this is our cycle. I anticipated at least 1 cycle for my body to adjust so not too disappointed 😊
