Ttc after 2 ectopic pregnancies

So I have had 2 ectopics this year both in right tube both managed via expectant management so just blood tests until my little ones naturally miscarried which both did very quickly... My consultant decided the best course of action was to do a lap & dye with hysterscopy to see what's happening inside I had that a month ago which went really really well all came back completely clear both tubes had a good fill and spill so my consultant didn't remove my right one which I was gob smacked about...

I was given the all clear to ttc once period finished which has been and gone... I am now currently cd 15 I had a positive clear blue advance opk on cd 12 luckily I did a evening test or I probably would of missed it I have DTD on cd 5,6,8,10&13 so hoping I have enough waiting..

For the last few days I have been experiencing constant cramps and stabbing pains.. today I have also noticed that the side I had my ectopics is aching a bit should I be concerned or is this all in my head and I am a little sensitive due to my previous losses I am not sure I could mentally or physically go through another ectopic..

Thanks for reading xx

I'm so sorry for all you went through. I think I wrote to you in another thread, I suffered an ectopic as well.
At CD25 and from what I understand around 2dpo I feel like it's too early for anything, but I'm 3dpo now and are really sensitive as well, I totally understand you.

@Bundaberg84 thanks lovely I am so hypersensitive about all this I think after loss you seem to try and pin point every little symptom. It's definitely too early it might still be ovulation for all I no. Do you find you feel a little ovulation pain in that side?

Monitor it closely OP. I had 2 ectopics. One of them ruptured and I was only 4weeks 2days when it did. It may be worth contacting early pregnancy unit now and asking for advice. They may want to closely monitor you / take bloods / early scans.

I didn’t have an ectopic pregnancy but had multiple miscarriages and in the end I learned to accept that I was only ever going to enjoy my successful pregnancies in retrospect. I was offered early reassurance scans because of my previous experiences, but I still constantly worried etc and tried to keep as busy as possible to limit the time I could worry.
All the best with your TTC journey.

@wtfisthatspiderdoing thanks lovely I am like a pro at ectopics now had 2 this year hence the feeling of being so hypersensitive too all signs etc my lap & dye with hysterscopy came back completely clear but I am still worried.. On my last ectopic I was told as soon as I get a positive test I can call them to book in without a referral.. I am just cramping loads and my right leg kills all the way up to the groin.. this 2WW will kill me.

@Silverdorkinghen thanks lovely well if I get a positive test and I no baby is in the right place not my tube then I can 100% relax I think it's the fear of the unknown it's annoying as they wouldn't remove the tube and said it had a good fill and spill so I no it's pretty much clear but the hairs inside could be damaged I am guessing.
