hello,
I have endometriosis on my bladder, bowel and fallopian tube. am having private tests soon to confirm whether the tube is blocked. partner and i are TTC within the next year - any positive stories of other people with endo or similar who have conceived? all I can find is doom and gloom!

Hi! Just wanted to say I'm in the same boat- I have endo and have had surgery to remove it. Mine was stage 2 so not awful but had it on my bladder and all over pelvic wall as well as an endometrioma. I struggled to find good news stories about ttc with endo but I feel like they're definitely out there!! Me and my DP only just started TTC and currently 5dpo. I'll try to remember to keep you updated- especially if things go well!!

Best advice I can give you so far is to take supplements-
CoQ10 and N acetyle cystine.
Both are really good for people with endo wanting to TTC

Good luck xx

Hey,
Positive story here!

I had 3 miscarriages, not sure if they were related to the endo or just bad luck.

I had surgery to remove endo, had a lot of scar tissue from previous surgery, my bowel had to be unstuck from my stomach wall. Plus an endometrioma drained. 4 months later I was pregnant and went on to have a healthy baby who is now a toddler and running me ragged as I type!
Wishing you the best of luck!

aww thank you so much for sharing!

I've spent so much time mentally preparing myself for this being a long journey that I'm now worried it will happen really fast! 😂 only time will tell I guess 😃

Hi,
I have endometriosis and honestly I'm not sure if I'm just a freak of nature but I feel like I only have to look at a penis to get pregnant lol. My Fallopian tube is stuck to my womb but it hasn't stopped me getting pregnant. I've had 3 early miscarriages and 3 healthy pregnancies. Also will admit I had 2 terminations when I was younger and less wise and was worried it had made the endo worse with scaring. I'm 31 And currently pregnant 14 weeks after the last birth 😅 definitely use protection if you don't want it to happen fast! Because miracles sometimes happen fast

Thank you for sharing your stories, you have made me feel better! Had got myself into the mindset that it just wouldn't happen because of endo.

I have endo and it didn't affect my fertility luckily xx

Hi @catprincess101

Don't be too hard on yourself.... only 30-40% of women with endo struggle TTC naturally according to most studies.

Obviously take your age into account when you decide to TTC, but science has come a long way.

Halo

It's great to hear these success stories. I'm 35, recovering from my first endo surgery and moving on to IVF to try & conceive. The endo destroyed my tubes so they've had to be removed. I'm praying it doesn't take too many rounds to work.
