fertility MOT - worth it?

I am 6 months TTC age 38 and trying to strategise. A fertility clinic near me offers a fertility check up which include AMH testing, antral follicle count and scan for £300 which I think may be higher than clinics in London but is easier for me to travel to.
Those of you who have had this, was it worth it? Can't see why it wouldn't be, but is there anything else I should be getting?

Yeah I think it’s it’s worth it at 38. Lots of people have no trouble in their mid/late 30s, but I have had and I’m glad I got the tests. I started ttc when I was 36, got the tests at 37 earlier this year and now I’m waiting for ivf at 38. The tests showed me that everything was mostly ok but I have high AMH and follicle count, meaning I possibly have PCO/PCOS. I have no symptoms of this and regular periods so I had no idea it could be an issue. I would also get day 3 and day 21 tests but you can do that with your GP (if you haven’t already). You could get a hycosy to check your tubes if you can afford it privately, I paid £500 in London. Make sure to get your partner tested too for sperm quality.
