Hi all,

When do you count the 'first day' of your period?

I have a very small amount of brown blood for the first 3 days and then it goes into an actual flow. Do I count day 1 when the brown shows up or the heavier flow?

I have always wondered this. I am tracking my ovulation days via the Flo app and always conscious I'm putting in the wrong first day.

It's when full flow starts ☺️

Thanks so much, im probably out by a few days then. Usually it's 5th of every month
