Hiya, I'm 6dpo and this evening I had mild cramps in my lower back, and my boobs have got progressively more sore. Feels like AF sort of sore but wouldn't usually get it this early.
Anyway, my partner looked at my boobs tonight and asked what the white spots on my nipples were. I can't really be sure whether they are always there or not - DP says they're new, I'm not convinced. Google says breastfeeding (blocked milk ducts) which I'm not, pregnancy, or cancer 
Any experience of this?!
