It’s a positive isn’t it, really not sure it’s the right time. Scared how boyfriend will react 😩

Yes, that does look like a positive. It might be wise for you to take a few days to process the news by yourself before you tell anyone.

Would you like to tell us more about why you are scared of your bf's reaction?

Thatsplentyjack · 27/10/2021 19:34

That's probably one of the only ones on mn that I've actually seen the positive. I would wait a few days and test again though. Wait until there is a strong line.
Don't be scared, it's as much his fault/problem as yours. He's unlikely to be scare of how you will react is he?

Cas112 · 27/10/2021 19:39

He’s a lovely person he won’t be angry or aggressive more like me I guess, maybe feeling it’s not the right time. It’s just unexpected and we hadn’t planned any of this yet. Don’t want to just spring this on him and change his whole life, although we had the odd couple of times when drunk we wasn’t the safest so we have to put our big pants on and accept the consequences. Just don’t know how to tell him. Feel so nervous, I’m going to wait a few days and take a few more tests. See if the lines get stronger

It is definitely a good idea to take a few days, let the news sink in. And do a couple more tests just to be sure. No harm in waiting until the weekend to tell him.

And keeping posting on here, if you wish, to "talk" things through.

It was expected but you tested early, was aware of, and bought and IC and posted on a conception board?

He must have an idea, surely?

No sorry, I don't have regular periods I can go 6 months without one, last one was July. I just started getting very sore boobs last week and then my period usually arrives in a couple of days. Yesterday when I realised it still hadn't arrived but my boobs were still sore I thought I would take a test in case, then there was my answer.

How are you doing today @Cas112?

@CagneyNYPD1

How are you doing today *@Cas112*?
Feeling alot better and calmer today, did a second test this morning and the line is a lot stronger. I will see my boyfriend later and tell him and then go from there I guess.

Just trying not to think to much into things at the moment and stress myself out.
