Hi, I was hoping someone could properly explain BBT to me, what higher and lower temps mean etc! Been TTC for what feels like forever now so want to start tracking BBT next cycle :)

Also interested in this. Have been tracking for like 6 days now but have no idea what on earth I'm looking at when I look at the results on my app!!

@SophieJ21 my AF is due is 7 days (I think, i do have irregular cycles) and I'm pretty confident that I'm out this month i just have a feeling that this isn't my month again! :(

But I'm interested to know when to start tracking etc too, do you start from CD1? Xx

I think you are meant to, but I didn't this month as my thermometer hadn't arrived. So I only started on cd6, so hoping that doesn't throw it off. But even if it gets me in the habit at least, I can track fully in December if needs be.

Are you using an app to record it? I'm using Femometer, due to ovulation in a week or so, so keen to see if the results change! I just wish I could figure out what it is I'm meant to be looking at lol and get my head around it properly!
