Norethisterone help! TTC!

Hello,

I took norethisterone last month to delay my period (as I was getting married!) and I was told this shouldn't delay or affect my next cycle.

I am now 10 dpo (received a neg test this morning) and 3 days late for my period, which is usually like clockwork.

Has anyone had any experiences with norethisterone that delayed their next period?

Really hoping for a BFP but don't want to get my hopes up to high!!

I took norethisterone for same reason last year and it messed up my cycle after a touch, they went back to normal afterwards but was late first cycle after taking.

I used provera to delay my period for my wedding (got my period day 34, a couple of days after I stopped it) and my period came very early the next month (24 day cycle),
They went back to normal after that, give or take a couple of days.
