Cycle confusion

Here's the summary :

13th Oct - visible faint line on local pharmacy upt
14th Oct - light faint line on local pharmacy upt
17th Oct @ Cycle Day 1 - period came on
26th Oct @ Cycle Day 10 - almost positive OPK

Attaching the opk pic as reference.

The question is, if i really did experience chemical pregnancy will the ovulation occur much earlier than usual? Is this possible?

** My fertile days are irregular though, could be on CD 14/15 and sometimes CD 17/18. Thus having almost positive opk in early days are something new for me.

Needing input from other MN users who might have similar experiences before. Thanks a bunch.

The top opk sensitivity is deemed as 10 mIU. Guess that's why it is much darker than the bottom test
