Hi,
The last 3 months I have been experiencing spotting 5 days before my period starts. This month was a week before it started! TMI but it starts off light pink, then brown, then red, then brown then full on.
Im just wondering whether I need to log this as the start of my period?
I just have no idea what's going on, it is so annoying and I've never experienced this before, I've always been regular with max 1 day spotting before my period would start.
Help!
