I came off the contraceptive pill 3 months ago and have had 2 regular periods since. Now waiting for my third and I'm 5 days late with no sign of AF..

We're not 'ttc' just using the pull out method until we start trying in December.

Not had any pre menstrual or pregnancy symptoms so unsure what's happening.. does your body just decide it's not having a period sometimes?! Never happened to me before..

Anyone else in the same boat?

I've done loads of tests and I keep getting BFNs..

Anyone else in the same boat?

Xxx

Are you sure you definitely ovulated 19 days ago? Could ovulation have been much later than you thought?

It's the only day I got a positive (a bit faint) ovulation test so I think I did? I tested a few days after as well which were negative..

I guess it may have been a false positive..

It's so frustrating not knowing what's going on with my own body lol

If your ovulation test was only faint, that isn't positive. You need the second line to be as dark or darker than the control line. When you get a positive opk you'll ovulate usually around 12-36 hours later. If cycles are irregular, you can get multiple positives as your body is trying to ovulate.

Try and look out for others signs of ovulation like cervical mucus changes. Good luck.
