Anyone else on TTW. I'd love cycle buddies!

I'm on fertile week and don't do opks regularly but just wanting to make new friends who are in the same boat as me!💜

I'm new to all this, second cycle trying but first cycle really trying.

I usually have a 35+ day cycle. Last month, I started spotting on day 25, it took a week to become a period and in total was 14 days bleeding. Very odd but I think more likely due to cutting down exercise in order to try to conceive as I think we actually started trying too late, anyway.

This is first month I've tracked ovulation. Using Clearblue, and "DTD" (as we seem to call it here!) daily during "high fertility", and on first and second day of "peak fertility". Also tracking BBT, LH surge was a few days ago and can see temp gradually rising, but it's not hit "post ovulation" high, yet.

Trying to see this month as an opportunity to learn about cycle. But of course, secretly hoping for BFP.

Hey guys! Wanted to see a few people join before I spilled my journey 🤣

So been trying off and on since October last year. Fell pregnant April 2021 and unfortunately had a mmc at 6 weeks. Had a very traumatic year with loosing my Nan and mental health etc but still fighting through. My boyf works away Monday to Thursday and this week is the first week during our journey that we have had fertile week fully together as we miss a lot of times.

I'm on ovulation day I think? I don't opk really as I get stressed but I know I ovulate between day 17-21 and usually have a 29-31 day cycle and regular.

I'm really hoping this month is a positive if not next time we would both be off during fertile week will be December!!

@ExTriTrying it seems like your on the right track everyone is different but I find it hard to do all the testing but I find a lot of people do what your doing. We're in this together!!

@Pugmumm snap! I'm a horrendous symptom spotter. I'll be like an hour past ovulation like I need to do a test I must be pregnant 🤣

Thank you! Its been stressful for sure! Much more stressful than I anticipated. I’m aware that any symptoms up until now are probably unrelated as implantation is unlikely at this early ish stage, but the weirdest thing so far is aversion to smells of food. I had a meal at a restaurant last week and loved it, ordered the same food last night and it was so overpowering I couldn’t eat it. (Weird, I know).

I’m so sorry to hear about your mmc and your circumstances this year! Hope you have a bfp this cycle! You definitely deserve it after the year you’ve had. Do you think you’re now 1dpo? X

I am about 3DPO now I think after tracking with an ovulation stick- I had a strong line on 20th so I think I would have ovulated on 21st?

I have a feeling I may be out this month, not getting any symptoms again x

I would not worry about symptoms 😊, with my DD I didn't even know I conceived.
Symptoms will only start to show after implantation, so I've read.

@Pugmumm I’m the least experienced person to say this so I apologise but I wouldn’t count yourself out just yet! I mean that in a reassuring way. Easy as said than done though because I’m analysing every symptom or non-symptom too! Best of luck to you! X

Only ovulated on either 20th or 21st!!

I will admit the YouTube videos don't help apparently 1 DPO symptoms can start for some 🤦🏻‍♀️ I need to step away from all those. Thought I had learnt my lesson last month. I was waiting for a change in b00bs but not had a thing.

@Pugmumm from what I've read, implantation usually occurs between 6 to 12dpo, average is 9dpo. It takes hcg levels about 2 days after implantation to show on a home pregnancy test. Implantation is rare at 6dpo but it does happen !😊

Intuitively I feel I'm out this month as I know my body so well .. but I will wait until at least 9 DPO and use one of the internet cheapies to see if I can get a faint line ... !! I phantom tested last month and determined to not do it this month.

I think I’m going to test next Wednesday (11dpo) to begin with and go from there.
I’ve seen some really unhelpful youtube videos too where I’ve convinced myself I’m out, so I’m going to try and avoid them!
I’ve read that only 0.5% of women (who do end up with a bfp) will have implanted by 6dpo, but increases to about 80% around 8-10 dpo. So that kinda helped my mind frame. But I dont know how reliable it is. I guess I’m taking everything I read with a pinch of salt atm.

Got a small amount of stretchy discharge after having the usual big jelly blob on ovulation day so ofc thinking this means something!

Hi all.
Hit my peak yesterday according to OPKs strong positives all day, DTD the night before and will try tonight or tomorrow. Tentatively TTC #2, last time was almost exactly 3 years ago to the day that we conceived 🤣 would be funny if it happens again! We only tried for 6 weeks last time so feels a bit of an unknown this time as Iv had such irregular cycles since having my daughter. Good luck to all! Can't wait to symptom spot for 2 weeks lol 😫

I am confused... I got my Peak Fertility result on Clearblue on Tues 19, as well as egg white CM. That was 4 days ago now. But, I've still not had a temp rise on BBT, it went up v slightly for 2 days, then dipped again. I re-tested on ovulation test, just to see, and was negative. Trying not to be too obsessive and just have sex lots, anyway, but don't really understand why my temp chart doesn't... well, look like everyone else's! I suppose it is first time tracking it so ans is prob to rely on ovulation tests, and wait til have more long term data on BBT..

Also in TWW, have a 5 year old DS, trying for #2, first cycle was last month and had a very early miscarriage, now on cycle two, fingers crossed! Had a positive OPK so at least I'm working, worried everything would be out this month due to the miscarriage.

@Bex7290 I think I'm now around 2 dpo. That's some symptoms though I couldn't ignore them! I was like surely TTC isn't that bad. Ermmmm yeah it's very stressful! Thank you so much lovely hoping you get your BFP!

@Pugmumm I wouldn't feel too worried! The amount of months I was like omg symptoms this symptoms that and got a negative and when I was pregnant I had next to nothing until I tested

I lied I think I'm 3dpo now only thing I've noticed is TMI FIRSTLY! Stomach seems overly sensitive so a few toilet breaks if you know what I mean 🥴

Does anyone else have crazy dreams during the tww?

So last night I had very light abdominal cramping and shooting pains in my breast, then has some very vivid dreams. One of which being that my whole chest turned bright blue with massive veins. Woke up this morning to check because it was so vivid (no massive veins in sight).
I rarely remember my dreams so this was really strange for me! I don’t think this is a sign at all but just wondered if it was normal! Is this stress?
