Fertility acupuncture

Hi,

Has anyone had acupuncture while TTC? I’ve been TTC for nearly 3 years now, only 2 BFPs both which ended in MMC. I’m now looking into acupuncture or reflexology while I wait for IVF waiting list / treatments.

Has anyone had acupuncture and found it useful? And what is the best time of the cycle to go?

I had reflexology for one ivf cycle and acupuncture for another. Both were very relaxing, which is why I went so it was useful in that sense (I used to fall asleep on the bed whenever I had either of them done) but, sadly, neither brought me success. I think that anything that you find relaxing during such a stressful time is worth doing.

Hi there, not a fan of acupuncture but another poster here said that you're supposed to do it as close to transfer as possible. She had scheduled hers a couple of hours before AND after her transfer for better results.
