Hello everyone ✨🎉

I’m starting a November thread after being unsuccessful this month, got some spotting so probably cycle day 1 for me today, with fertile window being in the first week of November.

Please join me if you’re as hopeful about fresh cycle as I am!

My main goal is to DTD more, we definitely didn’t make the most of it in October …
I’m therefore going to be 100% honest with DH that we need to get down to business this cycle.

I'm 8dpo and I've been having loads of watery/lotion like CM, bloating and my chin is very bumpy with tint spots and I never get spots. Stupidly decided to test using a cheap easy @ home strip at 8pm tonight and it was BFN. Kept trying to tell myself I could see something but I can't do I chucked it in the bin!

Going to try again on Tuesday or Wednesday I think and AF due on Saturday.

Has anyone found a gap between their ewcm and their peak OPK? I had ewcm on day 10, 11 and 12 (and DTD on all of those days) but my OPK was and still is at "low" although I have got the flashing face of "high fertility" on the clear blue advanced opk test

@tryingforbabyh to be honest I feel the most of the ovulation symptoms while still getting negative OPKs. I usually get a positive on the last day of EWCM/feeling frisky (😜) so you make the most of it because you might ovulate anytime now xx

I’m in a bit of similar situation actually, as last month at this point (CD13) I already had a positive OPK two days in a row. This time it’s still very low, just like my temperature! Im glad though as we didn’t manage to DTD last night because we were both SO knackered 😴😴😴

I’ll make sure I’ll DTD tonight as I’m certain the O is just around the corner

Woop!! This has got to be the month! Ignore my worries about ewcm - woke up to some more this morning and my static smiley on the clear blue opk! Just waiting for the cheapie to compare - using both this month to try and see how long the surge lasts

I have a question for ladies who use evening primrose oil. I will be in my fw in a day or two and I'm going to start to use opk from tomorrow, o usually between cd12-14. I started to take the oil about a week ago and my cm is much more then usual. Is it possible to see changes already?

We have a big day today please finger cross for my DH he is so nervous about his interview. 🤞

Regarding the primrose oil, I’ve stared taking it on the first day of my period and definitely noticed it works by CD 11-12 !

@Dobcaty Keeping everything crossed for your DH! Re the therapy thing, I am absolutely not a “talk about your feelings” person and totally empathise with the feeling that it’s somehow week. I would say, if you’re curious give it a go and see how it feels. If it’s not right for you right now, you’re not obliged to take it forward.

Weird/gross Q from me (apologies in advance). I’m cd13. Yesterday I had a big erm… glob (sorry!) of what I think was ewcm but with a pinkish tinge. Is this normal!? I wondered if maybe it’s O, but not something I’ve had before so weirded me out a bit.

@Digby86 I think I read that some women will get that during ovulation. Weird stuff our body does sometimes right?

Really confused about my O day, flo says 3rd Nov, premom says 17th Nov! I'll keep doing OPKs and see if either is right, and of course DTD

Although my DH said he doesn't want to take the "fun" out of sex with all this tracking. He should realise how short the fertility window is he uses AI for the cows!

I’m still getting low readings on my OPKs and my apps are predicting ovulation between tomorrow and Wednesday, but I’m currently CD19 and the last two months I’ve ovulated on CD 22 and CD25 so I might still be a few days away get so gonna keep testing.

@Irishfarmer that's quite the gap! Were they always so far apart?

I'm CD 16 - app and opks saying O today. DH had last week off but was such a busy week we only managed to dtd 3 times - one being this morning before he left so fingers crossed 🤞🏻 nothing else we can do now anyway 😂 so the tww begins 😒

35yo, been trying for about 2.5 years for our 2nd.

Been through all tests and all is perfect and no reason for us not to be pregnant, so now we are waiting for self funded IVF which was meant to be September but has been delayed until February. So now I am convinced we must get pregnant before that commences.

Had a bad time with DS birth and getting counselling later this month (as part of IVF journey) which I am positive will help.

Anyway, not doing OPK sticks as they stress me out. Ordered a Basal thermo and will start tracking tomo. DTD lots and eating healthy and off the booze!

Hi all, this is my first post how exciting!! First time actively ttc as well! It has been on my mind for the last 2 months but our marriage was a bit shaky and wanted to make sure I was having a child w the right person. I feel like things have improved between us so hopefully things stay positive.
I am 22 and DH is 25 and both very excited! My fyp on tiktok is now mostly baby/mum related ahaha
I was on the pill for around 9 months but stopped around 3 months ago due to side effects. Have been avoiding my fertile period and using condoms to avoid pregnancy since then.
I feel like there's so much to know and learn and there's so many different opinions regarding everything to do w ttc, being pregnant and when the baby arrives.
I might need to buy a pregnancy notebook and get a diary to document things and also as a reminder.
Started AF on 28/10/21 and have a regular-ish cycle of 26 days. Fertile period appears to be 07/11/21 (CD11) - 10/11/21 (CD14) according to my period tracking app. Not really using anything to try and track my ovulation day, might try and look out for differences in discharge and mood and just dtd has much as possible.
Hoping to get pregnant right away (too much optimism?) so as to have an august baby (summer is my favourite season!).

@Bundaberg84 @BH1926 what I marked in as my period in Sept was a miscarriage and it was 40 days until I had a normal period in Oct. Before that it was around 30ish days. Flo is saying I'll have a 31 day cycle, premom is saying a 40 day cycle hence the big difference in predicted FW.

Question about primrose oil, I started taking them yesterday take two a day, and today I feel so nauseous has anyone else had this with them? I’m only on cd4

I am now CD14 and my OPK readings are lower than they were a week ago ☹️ hoping they'll go up over the next few days as my temp is still low so definitely haven't ovulated yet. Have also had spotting the last few days too - no idea why and no idea what's going on with my body! Just hoping I ovulate as normal this month 🤞🏼 does anyone else get spotting in the run up to ovulation?

CD13, my OPKs are rising and probably going to peak in a couple of hours (hopefully in more ways than one 😜😂) and ive got EWCM so it’s definitely a go time!

@OK92 I never spot around O time but I read it can happen. How often are you doing OPKs?

I've been doing 2 a day - well 2 internet cheap ones plus one clearblue. Usually don't ovulate until around CD17 so I guess I have a few more days for the surge to be picked up 🤞🏼

Hi ladies. Sorry I haven't had time to catch up on your posts in the last 24 hours or so. I'm pleased to report the bleeding (not from AF) stopped at around 6pm last night. I did an OPK and it said last night was my peak so we DTD and I plan to do a little subtle seduction tonight also. Maybe not a completely wasted cycle afterall.

Hope it’s okay to join in! I’m getting married in 4 weeks but we’ve decided to start trying for November ✨🤍

First time trying for baby #2, I have a six year old surprise baby! So this is all new to me. I started using boots OPKs but found my eyes were seeing things. So now on the crazy priced clearblue ones. As of today, I didn’t get the smiley face!
Flo app has me down for November 4th ovulation.

Am I naive to think DTD everyday is best way to go. Is every other day enough/ or better option?
