Positive OPK?!

Hello, so I found out three weeks ago at 14 weeks pregnant I had a MMC and had the d and c procedure on 01.10, I had a static smiley on clear blue digital ovulation test this morning, just wondering If anyone else has had a positive opk 18 days after miscarriage? Sorry if this is the wrong place to post? Thank you 😊

Sounds quite normal to me op, after a Mc your body can go back into its normal cycle straight away, I know mine did, good luck ☺️
