BBT Question - Help!

Hi fellow BBT'ers,

I seem to have quite a low post ov temp of around 36.40c to 36.50c, does anyone else have a low post ov temp around this range? Can't help but think it may cause some problems!

Me! Have had no issues with pregnancy/birth. I just apparently run cold!

My pre-ov BBT was around 35.8 and post ov 36.2-36.3 when I last tracked it before becoming pregnant the first time. I don't think the temperatures themselves are massively important, just the jump to show you've ovulated.

I think it’s the jump that you are looking for so I wouldn’t worry about the temps themselves as long as you get a shift. Can you post a pic of your chart?

@SylvanasWindrunner @Hopefulhedgehog thank you for replying! That helps ease things a bit for me, and makes sense about me just running cold. I've been a bit lazy this month just writing down the temps instead of charting them so no chart to post! I did a temp this morning though which was in the 50's so a little bit calmer thankfully😊
