I'll start off by saying that what I have done differently this month may be a one off or maybe I have found the combination that works for me. I usually have longish cycles with ovulation on cd24, next to no fertile cm and months of negative pregnancy tests. I'm now on month 6 of ttc and getting fed up so this month starting cd1 I started taking a daily vitamin d3, folic acid with vitamin b12 and a glass a day of pink grapefruit juice. As stated above I don't usually ovulate until cd24 with no cm but this is what I got today on cd19 after only an hours hold, tons of fertile cm, no ewcm just lots of watery stuff but still it's a step in the right direction. It seems too much of a coincidence that I started the vitamins and GF and now I'm ovulating 4/5 days early. I hope this post inspires others ttc who are getting fed up to explore other things to help the process. I'll be sure to update with hpt results in the next 2 weeks.
