#lateovulation
hello guys! Is it normal to ovulate on different days? I usually ovulate on day 11 or 12 but this month it's day 17! I was so worried thinking I had no ovulated this month and I got such a shock when I tested today and it was high! I did feel ovulation pain today but as my period is ten days away I assumed it way early period pains. pray for us and send baby dust ❤️

It can be normal to have a few days change in ovulation timings, but your luteal phase generally stays the same. As you're ovulating later this cycle, your period will be later too. Good luck.

I love the PreMom app and looking at your strips I would really recommend taking the photos in the same light/position every time. Some of your photos are really overexposed which means the calculation isn’t going to be correct.

Also you need to test every day over your fertile period, it looks like you’ve missed days 8, 9, 11 and 14. The app needs to be able to look for daily patterns.

Looking at your strips your body may well have attempted ovulation on CD11 as the CD10 strip looks very strong. However due to the inconsistency of the lighting and the fact a few days were missed out it is impossible to tell.

Good luck! Smile

@Hetty0 you are right! My photoskills are absolutely terrible haha but I have no saved a dark piece of paper to take them against and will do it in the kitchen in natural light :) my first time using the app so I'm slowly learning haha

@VenusStarr thankyou very much ❤️

That’s a great idea! Sorry I didn’t want to come across as grumpy but it’s just something I’ve learned over the past few months! I wonder if perhaps you attempted ovulation a few days ago and then it’s going for a second surge today (fairly common) so I would recommend an early night tonight! Wink
