Faint line but turned darker

I know this gets talked about A LOT but this is driving me crazy. Been TTC for years now. Had a really really light spotting about 2 weeks ago, now sore boobs, headaches, slight nausea, minor cramps and a bit of lower back ache. Took a test this morning, line was dark at the top but really faint down the rest only the line. Looked at it later and now a promenant thick pink line. Could this be an evap? Will test again but just want some more thoughts?
Will try and upload a pic, sorry for long post ! Xx

It's really hard to tell without a pic OP, sorry. If the control line is there as well as a second clear line then chances are it's positive BUT if the test had been left longer than the timescale in the instructions then it could be evap.

Best of luck x

We need to see a pic 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Shock123 · 14/10/2021 18:26

Hi am in same boat here I have two clear blue positives and one early response negative and also have the implant in! I don’t take any medication or anything to make it not work am so worried x

Shock123 · 14/10/2021 18:28

This is off today

There is a reason you’re only meant to read them after a certain time. I can’t see a line on the bottom one.

WorriedGiraffe · 14/10/2021 18:33

I can’t see a line at all on the pink one, when were the blue ones done?

chocolatethunder · 14/10/2021 18:38

@Shock123 I'd say that's positive. Clear blue are more sensitive earlier on !

SylvanasWindrunner · 14/10/2021 18:40

FRER is the most sensitive of those tests. If it's negative then I would take the others with a big pinch of salt. Blue dyes are absolutely horrible for evaps and grey lines that look blue.

SylvanasWindrunner · 14/10/2021 18:42

Were they all done with same pee? I'd do another pink dye tomorrow with FMU or SMU.

Shock123 · 14/10/2021 18:50

@chocolatethunder
Hi thanks for reply but I have the implant in have had it in for 7 month now second time having it in, could mine be evap lines or am I really pregnant do you think, came up in time frame x

WorriedGiraffe · 14/10/2021 18:55

Oh I see, the pics arnt the OPs! You may get more specific responses if your start your own thread, you arnt really in the same boat as the OP has been TTC for years and presumably would quite like to be pregnant… And responses may get mixed. I hope you get the result you want though.

Shock123 · 14/10/2021 19:03

Hi I have no idea how to star one I don’t see anywhere that says start a post

Tefiti3 · 14/10/2021 19:17

Would love to see your test pictures @Nattc!

Nattc · 14/10/2021 21:15

Thanks guys, I have found out I cannot post a pic until my account is 48 hours old 😔 I will take another test in the morning though 🤞 xx

Looks like the dye has run/evap. You need another test.

squee123 · 16/10/2021 22:52

Really odd OP. What did the second test look like?

WorriedGiraffe · 16/10/2021 22:54

I think it looks positive. When was the test done? Have you done one since?

Holskey · 17/10/2021 00:11

I'd be amazed if that's not positive (can clearly see the line) but with there being a splodge on it, I wouldn't trust it entirely.
