Evaporation line?

Not sure if anyone has much experience of this but test was negative last night within the allotted time and today I noticed that there is a line and not sure if this is what you guys refer to as an evaporation line or if this is a sign that I may be positive. I suppose looking for experiences on how often this sort of things happen?

You are meant to discard a test after the time frame but I've had positive tests before that take longer to show and have resulted in a pregnancy. Are you testing early? I've also found First response tests to be the most accurate and they are the most sensitive compared to other tests.

It was after the time but it looks quite dark?

Sorry it's invalid. The line is very thin - of course it could turn out to be a positive, but also very well to not be a positive. Leaves you with no answers at the end.
Last month I had two very faint positives after the timer frame, and it really wasn't at all. Sorry!
