Morning!

This is my first month trying the SMEP.
Anyone else doing it? I'm currently CD9. Going to buy ovulation tests for tomorrow!
Anyone care to share their experiences with SMEP?

I am on my third month of trying SMEP and am currently CD 16 (but don't usually ovulate until CD19/20). I had a very early miscarriage the first month I tried SMEP but haven't had any luck since. Currently cycle 8 (3rd of SMEP) Fingers crossed this month is successful! Good luck to you!

Been trying for #4 for over a year so thought to try SMEP.

@Sesamechick number 4! That's exciting! We are ttc number 1 so the 8 months have been really hard. We actually paid for fertility tests this month and am due to have a HyCosy next month so am hoping the usual thing happens where I fall pregnant after spending all that money and before we even get to the HyCosy 😂
