I don’t need to do a test do I?

Sorry if this is ridiculous.

I’m 43, no period last month so on day 46 of my cycle. DH had a vasectomy about 6 years ago. I have some other likely perimenopausal stuff going on and presumably this is just part of that?

I don’t want to waste money on a test but the thought suddenly crossed my mind that we could be one of those one in a million couples Blush

Tests are so expensive and I would feel ridiculous but on the other hand my period is awol

I would test to be sure put your mind at ease. Tesco own brand dips tests are cheap enough and very accurate.

It's very unlikely you're pregnant but it's worth 99p on a pink dye test from Home Bargains to find out for sure.

Tests aren’t expensive, get cheap dipsticks on Amazon

Thanks for the suggestions I hadn’t considered pound land type options and didn’t want to spend 15 quid when I know it’s so unlikely. I wish DH could get tested to see if he has any live ones.
