Hi all... Long time lurker, first time poster.
New to TTC (ish), havent been using contraception since Feb but I've got PCOS so kept missing ovulation. This is the first month I've used OPRs but not sure if I am going mad and seeing things that aren't there. Period is due tomorrow but cracked and tested today... Can anyone see anything??

You have to wait I think 48 hours as a new poster to be able to attach a photo

MO22 · 10/10/2021 11:45

Oh good, I'll make myself go mad in the process haha. Many thanks anyway, let's see where we are in 48 hours!

If you been on site for while you don't have wait 48hours I thought if you just signed up you have wait 48hours when you post a post there should be a paper clip thing click that and then add the picture

I've been lurking without an account, only just made one today so think I have to wait it out. No paperclip option at the mo when I post. I will test again tomorrow with a CB as just used a Tesco one today and apparently (according to my manic googling) they are notorious for false positives sadly...

Still waiting to be allowed the function to add a photo... Took another Tesco test this morning and very faint line. I've read terrible thing about them giving false positives, any anecdotal reviews?

I've also been having cramps for the last five days - AF due today according to ovulation timing (or wed according to my usual 33 day cycle), has anyone else felt cramps basically non stop?! It's very odd.

I'm going to take a clearblue dig tomorrow cos I can't bear the lines but worried it might be negative because I'm testing too early (in theory AF could be due Wed). Basically, I need to remain calm and I'm not doing a very good job...

I had cramps as if AF was about to show up both times I was pregnant. It's a good sign!

Did the lines show up immediately?

Idbemonica1 · 11/10/2021 20:49

Esp with 1st pregnancy i had some strong twinges, think it was ligaments etc stretching. Good luck for tomorrow OP x

MO22 · 11/10/2021 20:50

Yep both lines came up about 1 min in, and I threw them away post 2 mins (after taking several photos!). Very, very faint tho, but definitely there (at least I think!). Desperate to post them, come on Mumsnet!

There are some photo sharing sites where you can upload and share the link, I've seen other posters doing that before.
