Hello everyone,
Woke up the morning and said to my partner, ‘I feel pregnant’
Having two boys already I can remember well.
Not officially trying for another baby however would love the idea of having another! I’m not due a period for another 6 days but I took these this morning and I can’t work out whether they are positives? Or oreganos evaporation lines and they are not 100% clear. Has anybody had any similar results and been pregnant?

Opinions please?!

They look pretty clear to me! Did the lines come up within the timeframe specified?

Hiya! Thank you for your replies…..the first one wasn’t there till about 5 minutes after and the second on was taken about 5 hours later and took about 10 minutes. When I originally looked I assumed negative until I looked closer! But still sceptical if they are just evaporation lines?

Hi @Shhh123 - any update? How sensitive was the clear blue digital you used? Most of them are only really reliable after AF was due, and not as an early prediction.

I’ll add a photo of the tests below. I have very irregular periods too so trying to identify if I’m actually late or not is so difficult, I’m assuming based on last months that I would be due this week?

sorry can you describe 'feeling pregnant'? i only ask before i have the same instinctive feeling but negative on tests!

Some have very faint lines and other negative :(

Do you have any pink dye tests? I'm sceptical about the clear blue ones, especially if it's after the timeframe. Had some evap lines myself before. Really hope it's not that for you though!

I know it sound crazy but with my previous pregnancies, been exhausted and feeling bloated and queasy even from very early on. It’s very strange feeling I have, and as we are not officially trying, I thought it was very odd?

I have been feeling the same, with sore boobs and a full twingy feeling in my lower abdomen. I had what i thought was my period 11 days ago but now im not sure if it was implantation/spotting of some kind, as boob pain and full uterus feeling have remained. Ive took 2 tests (one today, tescos one same as on your pic!) which came back negative but with a very hydrated PM wee so goin to take again tomorrow. Something in my head is just saying 'this isnt normal!'

I have taken a digital and was negative. Yes! I feel the exact same, boobs are sore and crampy pains low down. Just don’t feel my usual self and immediately I thought…..the last time I felt this was I was pregnant 😳 which led me to buy a random test and have been confused ever since! I have popped some test into my food shop this week and am going to try the ones with the pink dye in case the blue dye has just dried, I just find it bizarre that two different tests have lines on them? So surely they can’t all be evaporation lines?

Try a frer or pink dye test, OP. Hope you get the outcome you want Smile

I think digitals are less sensitive so I'd definitely recommend trying a first response early response one! It might be that the hcg just isn't strong enough to be picked up by a digital yet

So clear blue early ones do have a tendency to have evaps. They have 10miu sensitivity whereas the digital is 25miu so you’d not get a positive on that until you have a strong line on early response.

From all the tests I think you are pregnant- just early on. You’d get a decent line on a first response early response (6.5miu sensitivity) So I’d try that first thing tomorrow. Good luck!

Ah! Thank you all for your comments. I think I’m just driving myself a little crazy and I’m very impatient haha I’ll test again in the morning and I’ll keep you all posted to what the result is! X

So a little update….(my impatient self!) couldn’t resist and took another last night and the result I will post underneath. Then this morning I have woken up to some spotting :( am now fearing the worst. I never had any kind of implantation bleed or spotting with my previous two. Only time will tell I suppose although I don’t feel as positive as I did yesterday x

Blue dyes are really awful. I wish they would stop selling them. I'd get a FRER or another sensitive pink dye and use that as I don't trust the blue dyes at all. Seen so many with lines that are just evaps or the shadow.

Hiya, another and most likely final update. Not really the news I had hoped for but after yet another two very faint positive results, I began cramping and heavily bleeding. ( and definitely not the same us my usual period) Am very upset as even though we we’re not officially trying, I had just started to get my head around potentially having another so am very disheartened :(
