Had period, negative test & feel sick!

TTC#2 had spotting few days before AF due, had really light period! It just stopped after 2days no tailing off,just stopped. Had a day with nothing then started spotting again very light pink the day after. Did a test because i convinced myself i could be pregnant.....test was negative but ever since i feel so so sick, gone off tea and eggs, just looking at a egg makes me want to vomit. Last time i was pregnant eggs were a issue. At this point i feel like it's all in my head. I don't even know why I'm posting really, I just feel like I'm doing it to my self.

Have you done just the one test?

Yes only done the one test. I forgot to add 1 was a day late for my period aswell. It's crippling, how sick i feel it feels exactly the same as when i was pregnant last time.
