Hello everyone, this is my first post here!
My husband & I just started actively TTC last month. We were loose with it (no protection & I very loosely tracked my BBT and didn’t use LH strips to take the stress off of easing into to TTC) for a few months prior.
I am on CD 11. My normal cycle length is between 29-34 days & ovulation comes a little sporadically but typically around CD 19. I have no history of mid-cycle bleeding, but just a couple hours ago I had a glob of thick, dark red blood in my underwear. I don’t have experience with spotting, but it definitely seemed like more than a little spotting. Any idea what this could be? I don’t feel like I am ovulating, I have no signs off it and it’s too early. I also spotted (brown blood, small amount) 2 days prior to this past period, which is abnormal for me. No cramps or anything.
I am so discouraged, I feel like right when we started actually trying my cycle went absolutely screwy.
Note: We use FAM. I have not been on hormonal birth control since 2016.
