Using clear blue ovulation sticks and on day 6 of flashing smilies! Starting to get so frustrating waiting for the static! Anyone else?

Hi @Peonies94

I'm a long time user of these OPKS and it's really common to have quite a few days of flashing smiles. I think my record was 10 days which was really frustrating and expensive, but I find it easier than the cheaper strips that you can buy.

My advise would be to start testing twice a day from now on, I usually get my static in the afternoon/evening. Fingers crossed for your static smile soon! It's such a relief when you get it 👍 good luck! X

@Peonies94 hi! If you have no clue when you ovulate use them as they suggest but if you have other signs like ovulation pain, EWCM, then start from maybe 4 days before you think it will happen. Plus, just DTD every other day and you should be covered x

Thank you! I have really irregular cycles sometimes really long ones too! So I’m cycle day 30, and I’ve been testing since day 8, I’m hoping something will happen soon as I’m on my second box of 20 tests, and they’re expensive! Just feel so impatient! Thanks for advice! :)

Just for an update day 13 flashy in the morning, then had a static 4pm today! I decided to keep testing, as it seemed a waste to give up after spending so much (been testing since cycle day 8, currently cycle day 32! Some hope for others who get lots of flashies!
