Hi ladies hope you don’t mind me jumping in and joining you all
I’m 9DPO today, so would have been 4DPO when OP originally posted!
It’s my first cycle trying with my current partner - but I had a MMC followed by another unsuccessful pregnancy (that one was a bit more upsetting - baby had anencephaly) around 5 years ago with an ex. I’m 36 now, have stage 4 endo, adenomyosis and PCOS. My period are regular, but cycles are pretty long (32-35 days) - so all in all, feeling quite anxious about what our chances are! I guess with me not skipping periods I’ve always assumed that I’m at least ovulating, but have since read that isn’t necessarily the case 😞
I haven’t really been very proactive about enhancing our chances this month - we didn’t use pre-seed, OPKS or measure BBT. But I’ve been using Glow to track my cycles pretty meticulously for a couple of years now, so have their estimates for my most fertile time and just made sure we had plenty of attempts around then!!! I think I had EWCM… never been entirely clear on exactly what that is supposed to look like?! It was clear, stretchy - almost jelly-like.
I tested on Wednesday morning (obviously far too early 😩) and again on Thursday night - not even FMU. Both BFN… I knew it was too early to test, but couldn’t help feeling a bit crushed anyway. I’m going to try to hold out for Saturday morning now, and to stay positive - my period won’t start for another 5 days or so - so there’s still time!
I feel like I’ve had some early preg symptoms over the past 48 hours or so that I had the last two times I was pregnant - constipated (normally, I have pretty much continuous diarrhoea thanks to the endo
so it’s a pleasant break from that if nothing else LOL!), needing to pee all the time and boobs are starting to look quiet veiny. Having said that, I’ve also had pretty bad back pain and cramps, which with endo is what I’d normally expect at this point in my cycle (CD27).
Sorry for the huge post and overshare!! Going a bit crazy over here and overanalysing everything 😩 Sending all the good vibes and love to everybody testing this week ❤️
