Hi ladies,
I've been feeling super tired and run down for a week or so and decided to take a pregnancy test. It's come back positive (line came up immediately)
We had an awful draw out miscarriage at the start of the year and I actually can't believe this is happening! I'm terrified though as I've been having period like cramping for a couple of weeks. My AF is a bit all over the place (last one 26th august) so one tracking app says it's 3 days late and the other it should start Monday. . .i guess I was just wondering what everyone else thought?
Really really hoping this is for real and this little one sticks!

Is this really happening??

That looks positive to me. Test again in a couple of days maybe, to be sure? Congrats! X

That’s definitely positive- congratulations! Also although cramps can be a bad sign they’re also pretty standard at this stage of pregnancy too so please don’t let it worry you!

@Mugcake I am so terribly sorry for your loss earlier this year. I cannot even imagine how awful that must have been for you Flowers.

That positive is definitely for real! Congrats! It's completely normal to feel terrified - especially after what you've experienced. I think you can take comfort in the fact that it's such a clear second line. Your hcg must already be quite high. From what I know, cramping is also perfectly normal during early pregnancy, so try not to stress too much about that. Perhaps you could book an early scan to put your mind a bit at ease?

I'm holding thumbs for you that this will be a happy and healthy pregnancy!

Thank you everyone for replying, I really appreciate it! It's so hard not to drive yourself crazy isn't it? I'll just have to keep everything crossed that this time it will be ok, it is a MUCH stronger positive than lastly time so hoping that's a good sign!

@babyfeet92 thank you, an early scan is definitely something to consider!
