Early miscarriage?

Hi all.

I'm about 4 weeks 3 days pregnant. My boobs don't feel as sore today and I have very mild cramping. I've had some brown spotting. Is this the end as soon as it's began. I'm around 16 dpo and had positives since 9 dpo.

The best thing to do is to get yourself to early pregnancy unit ASAP.x

I doubt they will do anything this early? Xx

I'd say be optimistic but realistic. Chemical pregnancies are so common x

Now I'm worried it's ectopic, just been reading up and a sign is diarrhoea. I'm now on day 3 of diarrhoea. I'm so worried xx

That looks like a very small amount of old blood. Of course any blood is alarming but I would be reassured that it is old and not enough for a pad. Do you have any abdo pain? Shoulder tip pain? These are signs of ectopic also. I would monitor these symptoms and if they persist do get in touch with EPU. They may not be able to scan you immediately but possibly book you in for an early one.

Yes. These are my tests 9 dpo right through to 16 dpo (today)

By the looks of those tests and the old blood I think there isn't anything to worry about. You haven't mentioned any pain which is a positive sign also.

Thank you. No pain. Sore boobs are back today. No more brown discharge. 🙏 xx
