I'm new to ttc and need some ovulation stick help.

I got my peak yesterday afternoon on clear blue and my cheap ones are still negative although they are close to being positive. I did multiple tests all night evening and through the night and morning as I woke so I know I haven't peaked on that one.

When am I likely to ovulate? Why is my clear blue positive for nearly a whole day but the cheap one only almost?

Hi OP, from what I know (and it isn't much) when you get the static smiley on CB, this means ovulation is imminent, like within the next 12-36 hours (sometimes 48!). Maybe your other tests are able to pinpoint the exact day, and so that's why you have this difference?

To be on the safe side, maybe try to DTD the day of the peak + the next 2 days, if you can?

Good luck!

Your lh surge is quite quick with the stripes be strong positive one min and faint the nxt, have you thought about trying to temp for a few months best way to say for sure when ovulation has occurred.

And yes when you get a positive ovulation happens between 12 to 36 hours have you read about sme method.
