Ovulation bleeding have I missed the window?

Cycle day 15 today. (Cycle is normally 28 days) App says I ovulated on the 23rd. I dtd 20th, 22nd, 23rd. Yesterday 26th I had pink discharge so is this ovulation bleeding and that means I've missed the 'window'? Stressing now!

Oh also having period type pains yesterday and today already. Is this just normal around this time of the month? Not one sided, just in the middle like you would on your period x

Sounds like you may have done. Apps are not very accurate/reliable on their own - have you been using OPKs?

No I'm trying not to massively track because I find it stressful 🤣 I've made it even more stressful now!

I think if you aren’t going to track then you need to DTD every other day over a much longer window to make sure you catch ovulation. Don’t rely on the apps!
