Letrazole success stories

Hi there,

I have PCOS and have been trying to conceive all year - have had one cycle/period within that time. I'm on my first cycle of letrazole and have had a blood test that confirmed ovulation around CD 20, also I feel very doubtful that we've conceived this month. Anyone have success stories or experiences they'd be happy to share about taking letrazole? Lots of friends are announcing preganancies when they've been trying for far less time than us, and it feels so far away for us still. TIA

I was diagnosed with PCOS last year, I had my first round of Letrozole in March and conceived first time. No side effects either! Unfortunately it ended in miscarriage however we decided to try again this month and I used Letrozole again, I'm now pregnant again

We didn't have statistics on our side either, DP's sperm wasn't great and I wasn't ovulating at all.
