Chemical pregnancy?

Hi everyone, just looking for experiences really. TTC for 11 months now for baby number 1 with no luck. Regular 27-29 day cycle with a peak OPK on day 13-15. This month I had 5 days of v v light brown spotting from 7DPO which I thought (hoped) was implantation bleeding as I had two days of nothing after this. However my period has hit with an absolute bang on 14DPO and is completely different to normal. It is incredibly heavy with clots which is not my normal. My normal is light, only needing regular tampons for 6-8hours and never noticed any clots with maybe a day of cramps. This month I am leaking through super tampons in a few hours and have had incredible cramps. Im wondering if there's a chance this has actually been a chemical pregnancy? (I've done a test today but it is negative but I don't know how quickly they go back to negative so early on) if anyone has any experiences of a chemical pregnancy or random period so different to normal I'd be interested to hear?! TIA x

@tryingforbabyh my heart goes out to you 💞 I had a CP early July and my BFP slowly weakened within days to a definite BFN exactly a week later.

The pain and the heartache is so awful. Your heavy bleeding and clots sound so similar to what I had.

I did contact my GP but with covid etc I couldn't get a face to face visit. So I was basically told to get back on the bike again.

Now I know that I went through a loss looking back on other periods I now believe I have had 3 chemical pregnancies but my GP just brushed it off.

I hope you're ok xx
