Advice please someone

Me and DH have been TTC for over year. It's been very difficult as my periods are very irregular. Sometimes I bleed for 6 weeks and then I won't be back on until after 2 months.

I was on my periods on the 5th September for 6days. Now it's been about 3 days since Iv been having a light bleed. It's literally only when I wipe. There wasn't anything on the pad over night but when I wiped this morning there was quite abit of light blood.

Can this be spotting ? Or can it jus be an early period or the last bit of period from my periods 2 weeks ago. I'm so confused. Is it too early to do a pregnancy test ? Sorry I'm babbling. I just don't want to get hopes high an then be let down. Has anyone been through this??

Hi OP have you been to the GP and had any investigations into your irregular cycles? Are you tracking your ovulation? It’s impossible to know whether it’s the right time to take a test unless you know how many dpo you are.

@Hopefulhedgehog Iv had blood tests and scans and everything has come back normal with them. The Gp has just said it's one of those things. So not very helpful tbh. I have been tracking my cycle but eveytime I log it's always low an then Il be honest I just give up I'm so tired never actually seeing when I'm peak or high or ovulating. It's exhausting and mentally draining.
