Feeling pregnant - way too early on

Hi ladies
I'm new to mumsnet so please bear with me.
I had ectopic 6 months ago and now decided to try again. As I suffer with endometrioses I am really attuned to my body and know what is and isn't normal for me. We 'tried' on Saturday and I already feel I could be pregnant. It started with something happening in my tummy - period like pain when period is not due for some time yet was the first think then today I'm extremely hormonal - just wanted to cry for no reason or getting emotional at silly stuff and lastly feel kind of a lump in my throat - not quite sick but as tho I'm about to be. Boobs feel normal just enlarged. I felt like this the fist time around just didn't realize why.
I'm wondering if it is only wishful thinking and my mind playing tricks or if I could be right - and pregnant. Has anyone else felt pregnant so soon after conceiving?

Hi Melly, I felt the same very soon after concieving my Daughter. I think somtimes you just know, like intuition. It is very early though so try not to get your hopes up too much. Good Luck but don't worry if it dosn't happen streight away we had to wait 2 years and had a lot of treatment. But she was so worth it and so will yours be.

After the day I just had am wondering the same thing. 10 days to wait til tests will work though!

Me too, I bonked him on Thursday, already feeling pulling in my womb and slightly sicky

can you relly get symptoms that quick...have spent last week feeling sick, headachesa etc... we're not trying so wasnt looking for symptoms, but feels like morning sickness....

I don't know, but anecdotally people say so.

Lots of wishful thinking from me is willing the stuff to stay up there

Hmmm...... a bit periody but since its over a week til my period I just feel a bit 'full' and uncomfortable

yep. totally. thats what i've had for few days. not even sure when my period is due as have only had 3 since last baby... think its due in 10 days or so. have done preg tests but negative. though perhaps could be pregnant from last month. have no idea whats going on. why else could i feel like i have morning sickness, headaches and now this cramping? is it just body getting back to normal? either outcome is fine by the way..

yes, should have shown up by now... if last month, so thinking i can't be pregnant... cos if its from this cycle i'm feeling symptoms way too early.... like 10 days after the start of a period... just not possible?

definitely very early if in this cycle the pregancy ........or you just had a dodgy batch of tests and its from last month?

no, think tests are okay. thing is, we're not trying so wasnt expecting to get symptoms. can't undersand why i have been. perhaps just a hormonal swing? dont normally get mid cycle cramps and sickness though. have you got children already?

just 4 miscarriages and a lot of foster children.

Maybe just a hormonal swing then, mid cycle cramps sometimes for me indicates the egg release - I get that sometimes

then i send you lots of baby dust.... hope this is good news for you. i get ovulation pain normally, ut not cramps, its more like a sharp one sided pain. tbh, its the morning sickness feeling thats got me thinking, as i have early sickness ith previous pregnancies. i hope you get a positive outcome. i'm off to bed. xxxx
