Feeling pregnant - way too early on

Hi ladies
I'm new to mumsnet so please bear with me.
I had ectopic 6 months ago and now decided to try again. As I suffer with endometrioses I am really attuned to my body and know what is and isn't normal for me. We 'tried' on Saturday and I already feel I could be pregnant. It started with something happening in my tummy - period like pain when period is not due for some time yet was the first think then today I'm extremely hormonal - just wanted to cry for no reason or getting emotional at silly stuff and lastly feel kind of a lump in my throat - not quite sick but as tho I'm about to be. Boobs feel normal just enlarged. I felt like this the fist time around just didn't realize why.
I'm wondering if it is only wishful thinking and my mind playing tricks or if I could be right - and pregnant. Has anyone else felt pregnant so soon after conceiving?

Hi and welcome to mumsnet. If no one answers your post feel free to bump them. Things can move very fast here and threads can get lost easily.
The earliest I have felt pregnant is a few days before my period was due. Not feeling sick but noticed my breasts felt fuller and I was so tired I fell asleep sitting in my mums. I could have fallen asleep anywhere!

However I took over a year to conceive DD1 and nearly every month I convinced myself that I was pregnant and had symptoms.

I am sorry to hear about your ectopic and you get that BFP again soon.

*Notice that you poste Wed, how are you feeling now? What cycle day are you on?

I felt pains right after conception - stabbing pains. I felt sick a week before my period was due (and felt sick until 17 weeks yuk). I knew I was pregnant straight away. It was my first month of trying so I was a bit shocked and didn't realise you could feel sick so early.
