TTC and first time tracking. Can someone tell me if this dip the last 2 days is normal? What temps should I be looking out for if fertilisation has happened?

Complete newbie myself, like, first day tracking BBT but everyone on here swears by Fertility Friend, as apparently is much easier to read. Maybe try that and see if your temps are easier to interpret?

I know I’m not very helpful, hopefully someone more seasoned joins and answers your question.

Firstly I agree to bin femometer for bbt tracking and to use FF instead!

Secondly I don't think we see enough of the graph here to make an informed call. Ie what is that really high temp pre fertile week? Was it a one off or were your FP temps really high? Looking just at your current temps it doesn't look like you've had a temp shift to indicate ovulation but your temperature is too high to be pre ovulation so I'm thinking potentially the shift is disguised by your two high temps at the start of the chart?

I wasn't well the week before ovulation so I think that would account for the temp increase.

I did opks and the were positive around the dip last week. I didnt take my temp at the same time each day either.

Temperatures when ill should be discarded and taking your temp at different times will affect the pattern as well. I don't think you can rely on bbt this cycle to confirm ovulation but better luck next cycle - definitely try fertility friend then though!
