Hello 🤍

I just wanted to see if there was anyone in a similar position to me or has been before and conceived/ have a positive story...my anxiety around the whole thing is just so high 🙈

I have endo (laproscopy in 2019) and was recommended to start trying for a family sooner than later. We started trying in December last year and at the moment been unsuccessful.

Because of the endo, I was able to go for initial infertility tests at 6months and I found out I have an under active thyroid and possible PCOS.

We were told to pause trying until I was on the correct dose for the thyroid. My bloods show my TSH level is now at 2.55 (they recommend 2.5 and lower for a healthy pregnancy) so they have said I can no continue trying.

They said if we are still unsuccessful by December they will investigate further.

I just have it in my head that because I have all 3 that it's never going to happen for us.

I have changed my lifestyle (exercising more, considering what I eat - though I am happy to do more) I was also considering acupuncture - What are people's thoughts on this?

I would love to connect with anyone in similar positions xx
