It seems AF is coming to get me end of this week (Fri), so instead of feeling sorry for myself I’m trying to look forward to October and getting to try again! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I’m really excited to see how the next two weeks play out for us all. All our cycles seem to be within a couple of days of each other, I think?

What dates will everyone be testing? And how many days DPO will you be?

If I can hold out, I’ll be testing on 26th Oct and will be roughly DPO14/15 (day AF is due).

@Firsttimetrier il be testing around the 19th 20th if I can hold out will be 14dpo

Holding out until 26th to test - that'll be 14DPO I reckon, but I have a shortish luteal phase so AF will probably show before then if not. I don't have any tests in the house!

Ahh testing day twins @Shortmamashortcycles ! I’m going to have to hold out until then as my husband is away from a few days before, otherwise I’d test on the the Sunday or Monday. Going to be a killer holding off!

I have a question... is possible to ovulate twice/thrice in a cycle? I was already counting the tww (should be 2/3 dpo tday) when my BBT temp dropped this morning and I'm having ovulation's pain again. Can the HCG shot cause this?
1 of the follicles was already gone by the time of the scan a day before the IUI, I had all the O symptoms on the day of the treatment. I thought I am long enough in this journey to not have any more surprises 🙈 but that was my first time when I had a trigger shot.
I don't think anything to do with implantation as its way too early for this, doesn't it?

Ps: I already told DH to get ready for tonight's action, you know, just in case 😆

@jadeypies oh noo...do you have Covid symptoms too? Do another test as certain food/drinks can cause + result on LFT - I tried with orange juice drop and came back positive. 🤞that is just a faulty test, keep us updated and I'm praying for you!

Thanks @Dobcaty I've had a PCR test today so hopefully that comes back negative... biggest symptom I have is tiredness and muscle aches but that may be due to the BFP... not sure xx

I have all of my fingers and toes crossed for you, but in the meantime please think only positively, I know is easier said...sending you a huge virtual hug 🙏

I don't blame you this bfp was at 9dpo and my last one was 8dpo but ended in a chemical unfortunately!

@Cruz86 I say I’ll hold out until DPO14/15 but let’s be honest, I’ll be testing on DPO10/11 😂

I just can’t test whilst DH is away for the weekend and I guess it’ll be more likely to show once he’s back on the Tues (DPO15).

@Firsttimetrier, if you break early, I might be tempted to as well!

Amazingly I've never had a negative pregnancy test - the short luteal phase means I've only ever tested "late" and they've been the cycles I've been pregnant. (Unless you count the tests I took after the mc, but then I was hoping for a negative.)

The good thing about a short cycle is that AF pops up and kills any hope nice and fast... 🙈

Fingers crossed we're still here on the 26th and get some nice strong lines (HCG not Covid though!)
