How can I get ovulation? My cycle is 31-32 days sometimes it’s longer but usually its 31-32 days but my ovulation test is always negative what do i need to do? Anyone know any helper- vitamins for PCOs or something else for example myova -myoPlus
Or conceive plus ovulation support or something else??

Also someone heard about herbal tiande pads?

I road reviews and lots of woman get pregnant after using them
Not just woman with pcos

Ovulation sticks don't work well if you have PCOS - you should try tracking your temperature to see whether you ovulate or not.

Having said that - go to your GP and request to have a progesterone test to see if you ovulate (although you can only do this if you have been trying for a year or 6 months if over 35). Also talk to them about putting you on metformin for the PCOS, as that often helps getting ovulation going as well.

I would think that with a regular cycle of 31-32 days you probably are ovulating?

We trying for baby 6 years now
We failed on IVF also IUI
We had clomid as well but unfortunately
I had miscarriage at 7 weeks pregnancy

I am Not sure if i Am ovulating but my cycle is regular now
Also i had chemical pregnancy last month
So i Think my ovulation is there maybe not everyone month but maybe somethimes? I need to change my GP
First be honest find some good one it’s hard
( i am in Bradford )

I am sorry for all that you've been through and your losses.

I would start by changing GP and then continue with the rest of your list.
