Should I prepare for another CP

Me and my partner have been TTC for over 2 years now with a MC at 8 weeks and CP both last year.
I finally got a BFP on Tuesday evening on a clearblue test (not on photo because OH excitedly kept hold of it and if I ask for it back for picture purposes he will think I’m insane)

These are my tests since Tuesday and the lines are not getting any darker

should I be concerned I will have another CP or am I worrying about nothing? Do different batches of FRER have different levels of dye?
Also I would expect the clearblue digital to say 2-3 weeks? Or is that not always the case.. I am exactly 5 weeks pregnant today.. 16DPO, AF was due yesterday (I did have 2 OV peaks this month though one week apart which was strange, one earlier than usual at CD11 and one later than usual at CD18 when I usually ovulate CD14-15) . I know everybody is different but I see much darker lines on here for peoples BFP at this stage with obvious progression and it’s making me worry.

I have no pregnancy symptoms either other than some mild cramping. My boobs used to be sore every month before AF but that disappeared after the miscarriage and they have never been sore since for some reason, not once!
I just wish they would hurt or I would be vomming so I could believe it this time
I desperately want to be excited and enjoy this but I suppose miscarriages take that away from you don't they.

I would really appreciate some opinions from you lovely ladies xx

Hi @gemms7, I would only compare tests two days apart as HCG can take 48-72 hours to double. In that case, your progression looks fine.

I'd do another CB in 4-5 days and see whether its changed. At 16dpo, I'd say it's too early to tell whether that weeks indicator is a good sign because we all start off with different levels of HCG.

FRERs are super sensitive so they can pick up virtually nothing, and the lower your initial baseline, the longer it'll take to beat the thresholds for the weeks indicators. It doesn't necessarily mean there's a problem until you're so far gone by your dates you can't possibly still be under the threshold for 1-2 weeks (153) and have normally rising HCG. Even then, there's a chance your body can catch up, but as one who has been through it a few times recently, I won't patronise you - as I'm sure you know, sluggish HCG isn't a good sign.

There's also a huge jump between the thresholds for 2-3 weeks and 3+ weeks, so don't worry about that either.

Good luck to you!

@weathervane123 Thankyou for your reply, that is really helpful. I suppose everybody is different aren't they, I will try to forget about the CB weeks for now and hold off on the testing, it's just difficult isn't it when you've tried for so long, I know we are all in the same boat though.
I didn't test this much before my MC last year, I only tested once and naively thought it would be plain sailing so I have nothing to compare these tests to. I know the FRERs are super sensitive though so would have expected a darker line at 16DPO, I'll just have to wait and see what happens. Maybe pregnancy symptoms will all hit me all once 🤞🏻 here's hoping xx
