I took a first response test on two different days and both look like the attached (very faint line)
I have since taken some clear blue tests which came back negative (test taken first thing in the morning).
I’m so stressed out as I keep going back and forth wondering whether I’m pregnant or not.
Period due tomorrow.

What about the negative clear blues?

How many days apart were the tests? Generally the line should be getting darker every 2 days.

That line is very faint for someone who's period is due tomorrow but it could be that you ovulated later than you thought. Did you track ovulation?

As the clear blue are a different brand to the FRER it could detect pregnancy at different levels, so generally you should try to stick to the same brand. You might find you are very early and the CB will show a positive in a few days and "catch up" with the FRER.

These FRER detect at a very low level, so it could be either very early days, or a chemical.

If I were you I would test again on the FRER if you haven't had a period in 2 days.

Ovulation was 29th Aug. I took the test last Friday and another Saturday as I wanted to double check I wasn’t seeing an evaporation line…
