Ever since I stopped taking the mini pill in October 2020 (after a year. I’d swapped from combined pill which caused loads of issues) I have only had a period every 2 months. My periods last 2-4 days. I am only in my mid-20s. I recently had a blood test and my thyroid is fine, among other things they tested for. My recent smear test was fine. Will this irregularity reduce my chances of falling pregnant? I don’t think any women in my family have had issues with their periods or conceiving. I’ve spoken to GPs, but they just fob me off.
